How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you purchased. On iOS, open Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > select Superphysio > Cancel Subscription. On Android, open Google Play > tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > select Superphysio > Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly in the App by going to Profile > Delete Account. This will remove your account and all associated data. If you need help with account deletion, email us at support@superphysio.co.
How do I restore my purchases?
If you reinstalled the App or switched devices, your subscription can be restored. Open the App and navigate to the subscription screen — use the “Restore Purchases” option to recover your active subscription.
