Delete Your Account

We’re sorry to see you go. If you’d like to delete your Superphysio account and all associated data, you can do so by following the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In the App

Open the Superphysio app, go to your Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. Follow the confirmation prompts to permanently delete your account.

Option 2: By Email

Send an email to support@superphysio.co with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We’ll verify your identity and process the request within 7 business days.

What Data Is Deleted?

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your profile information (name and email), exercise and workout history, schedules and preferences, and subscription records. A brief recovery window of approximately 30 days may apply, after which all data is permanently erased.

Important: Cancel Your Subscription First

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid being charged, please cancel your subscription through your device’s App Store or Google Play settings before requesting account deletion.
